部屋にゴミ箱、ティッシュ、時計がなく、ごく簡易な机の表面や壁がはがれていた。タオルは糸があちこち飛び出て古かった。バスタブがなく、カーテンもないので、周囲がびしょびしょにならないよう、しゃがんでシャワーを浴びた。連泊したが、１泊目の翌日はベッドメイキングがされていなかった。料金に全く合わないホテルで、がっかりだった。

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was okay, it was actually better than what we expected from the reviews. I strongly suggest this hotel for the place and also the reception lady was the best! She was very helpful and kind.

こんな最悪な経験は今までにした事がない。
冷蔵庫・TV(電源入るけど見れない)・ドライヤー無し・スタッフ不在・Wifi等のinformation一切なし。現金しか使えない。チェックイン時に人が不在で、電話すると、「あ？今から2分後に行きます」みたいな感じで、10分後ぐらいに、どこかからパキスタン人の様な人が遅れて飛んでくる。 支払い終わって鞄に財布を入れている最中にフロントの電気を消される。 部屋に入った瞬間、部屋が暗く雰囲気がひどく悪い。寒気がするのでお化けが出そうで電気を消さずに寝ました。 私は32€+タオル代の2€=34€支払いましたが、お金の価値のないホテルでした。 あまりに居心地が悪く滞在時間は10時間。 もちろんチェックアウト時もスタッフ不在で、こちらから鍵のありかを連絡する始末。 もし、火災などが起きたら、間違いなくオーナーはゲストを助ける事はできません。 責任者は誰だ？！と、思いました。 絶対2度行きませんし、世界中のホテルに宿泊して、こんな思いしたのは初めてでした。 騙された！

Good place in terms of price-quality for those looking for a cheap and central accommodation: the room is very basic (old, cheap bed sheets & mattress) but it does the job and cleaning is decent. WiFi was ok and towels were included, contrary to the room description.

Die Toilette war noch vom Vorgänger mit Spuren voll. Es wurde nicht einmal gereinigt und Toilettenpapier musste man sich selbst an der Rezeption holen die aber um 22 Uhr zu machte. Die Gardinen waren komplett kaputt.

Si comprende che non ci si debba aspettare molto, ma alla base ci dovrebbe comunque essere la pulizia. Entrando in camera la maniglia era difettosa, sotto il letto c'era un centimetro di polvere, la tenda era rotta, la lampadina al lato sinistro era fulminata, ma questo non è nulla in confronto al bagno c'era calcare da per tutto, la tendina del bagno aveva la muffa, nel lavello c'era un oggetto che ho tolto io, i saponi già usati da altre persone,il fono che un altro po' prendeva fuoco,la vasca era sporca e poi il sifone della doccia era da brividi. Io vorrei invitare a fare comprendere che il livello di due stelle è assurdo poiché con i soldi che ho dato seppur "pochi" si possono comprare: prodotti per pulizia, una tendina nuova al bagno ecc e sinceramente prendere una nuova donna delle pulizie e spiegare: che togliere due buste dell'immondizia e rifare il letto quando la polvere è ancora lì è assurdo..... Io non ho vizi, però posso dire che a 8 anni avrei pulito meglio. Una volta finito il mio soggiorno, sono scesa per il check out, dove c'era questa ragazza che mi ha trattato con molta non curanza, questo mi ha dato molto fastidio. Io lavoro in strutture ricettive e comprendo molte cose ma tutto questo no.

Terribile è dire poco. La nota positiva è che potrei recarmi in una capanna in Burundi e considerarlo un lusso ed adattarmi facilmente all'estrema povertà del Paese. Una stanza sporca, gli asciugamani macchiati di rosso, ciocche di capelli nelle lenzuola, un ragno che camminava affianco al lavandino del bagno. Menomale ci ho soggiornato una sola notte, il meno possibile rimanendo in giro per la città fino a tardi ed andando via la mattina presto.

Stayed in this hotel for approximately 3 days. The location is super nice, pretty close to all the popular spots…(we visited all by just walking). The stuff was super nice and gave a lot of excellent recommendations such as where to eat, what worth the visit.”, etc. However, the hotel by itself requires a lot of work the condition of our room was pretty bad, blow dryer didn’t work, bathroom had weird smell, everything looked pretty dirty and needed remodeling.

The room was not cleaned, there were lots of dust and long hair everywhere. There was no toilet seat and the staff didn’t do anything about it.

1인실에 이틀 지냈었습니다. 성수기에 세계적인 여행지라는 것을 감안하였을때 가격은 매우 싼 편에 속했고, 싼 만큼 숙소자체의 퀄리티가 뛰어나지는 않았습니다. 이 숙소의 좋았던 점은 직원분들이 친절했고 무료 와이파이가 제공되는 점, 그리고 1인실치고 방은 꽤 넓고 테르미니역에서도 가까웠습니다. 나빴던 점은 도로와 맞닿아있어 특정시간대에 소음이 꽤나 컸고, 에어컨이 있었으나 리모컨이 없고 높은 천장위에 있어 켤수가 없었습니다. 다행히 방문했던 날 저녁이 시원해서 에어컨 없이 지낼수있었습니다. 숙소의 청결도는 많이 아쉬웠는데 샤워기의 물때나 방 안에 머리카락 뭉치같은게 있었습니다. 그럼에도 가격대를 고려하면, 비용을 아끼고자 하는 여행객들은 고려할만한 숙소라고 하고싶습니다

Clean room & Air con resolution made stay great !
Basic hotel and in places in need of a little care - scuffs on walls etc but that did not bother us as room was clean, linen immaculate- lovely large window overlooking green space . All we really wanted was a clean cool room to sleep ! First night could not get air con to work some staff were unhelpful when initially approached to resolve this but thankfully Viola (staff member) was on shift on our return and was able to sort this out for our second night which made a massive difference. She resolved issue with no fuss - this made me feel happy with our stay as all we needed was a clean room with bed and air con - we did get what we wanted so was very happy 😊 thanks Viola you are fab !!!!

Hotel horibli et insalubres
L'accueil le jour d'arriver c'est à mal passé, je suis arrivé avec ma mère de 80 et n'avait pas personne une heure après avec une personne que à arrivé. Le séjour horible la chambre tous vieille le toilette ne marche pas le rideau ont n'arrive pas le fermer. Le lendemain à l' accueil avec une personne très sympathique. Le point positif. Je pense que ils font tu changer les chambres et refait à neuf.

Genuinely the dirtiest place I have every stayed, and I have stayed in a lot of low budget motels in my life. The shower had a dank, wet smell, something that reminded me of a heavy Lyme buildup. It leaked and the cord for - I think the fan? I didn't use it) was dark brown with grime that had gotten wet over and over and never really dried. The linens didn't feel clean, the small fridge was broken, and there was a spot of what I am nearly certain was black mold growing from a crack in the wall near the floor. I cut my stay short by two nights and went somewhere else. I was only there for three nights but I got more bug bites in those three nights than I did in three weeks at other places. Also, when I left during the day I locked the door, but whenever I came back the door was unlocked because it hadn't been locked again after cleaning. My door was right by the front desk so I'm sure the man at the desk would've noticed if someone other than me went in, but it was still disconcerting. The only real good part of this was the man at the desk, he was very friendly and helpful with how to get to most tourist spots as well as where some food spots were nearby. Bilingual in Italian and English so I'm sure he's able to help most people that visit. Location isn't too bad, a ten minute walk to Roma Termini which was pretty much my only destination during my stay there, but not in walking distance of other tourist spots for most people.

The location was fine and nice to have a corner room However the internet did not work . The hair dryer didn’t work . The bidet did not work and the shower was broken and some of the light bulbs blown and not replaced . And a hole in the window covered by card board Basically rooms not maintained

La mia esperienza è stata pessima dovevo alloggiare all’hotel Lella ma al mio arrivo non hanno trovato la mia prenotazione già pagata poi mi hanno sposato in un’altra struttura hotel beauty 20 minuti a piedi un tugurio mi hanno lasciato senza acqua calda senza riscaldamento stanza fredda senza asciugamani la cassetta del water che non funzionava ho riferito più volte il mio disagio non hanno mai risolto li ho chiamati 4 volte e mi chiudevano il telefono in faccia esperienza orribile mi sono sentito trattato male

Mostly it's what you expect for the price . A few bits and pieces could be better like flushing keeps leaking , there is not enough water pressure to keep shower running so I had to prop manually hold the shower open . No attachment for shower on the wall. But if you are looking for a clean bed and a shower in a central place it does the job.

Bueno pero puede mejorar.
El hotel queda a pasos de estación termini( 10 minutos). El lugar es seguro, habían Militares en ciertos puntos resguardando la seguridad y sea del terminal como de las calles, por lo cual, nunca sentí miedo ni desconfianza (pero siempre hay que cuidar las pertenencias). El hotel en si me acogió de manera agradable en la noche, y la habitación se veía antigua, pero utilizable. Lo único que no me agrado, fue la ducha, que no tenía ningúna separación con el baño, todo junto, y al medio del baño se iba todo el agua, pero se mojaba todo. También la luz de la pieza palpadeaba de vez en cuando, 2 dias de los 4 sucedió.

struttura confortevole , non è vero che fa schifo e che la pulizia non ci sta. Anzi noi abbiamo trovato tutto perfetto e il ragazzo della reception molto gentile. Per il prezzo che hanno non ci si può lamentare…Posizione eccellente (15 min a piedi roma termini e 10 min dalla stazione B castro pretorio). CONSIGLIO
