ホテル代わりに使うにはそれなりの覚悟を
エアコンが壊れていたので受付の人に言って直してもらう必要がありました。一応直ったのですが、動作音うるさ過ぎて一晩中……というか、一日中気になってしまいました。（疲れていたので寝られはしましたけど） 部屋は概ねよく清掃されていて満足なのですが、床はさすがに汚れていたようでしばらく裸足で過ごしていたら足の裏が真っ黒になりました。室内で靴履きだと落ち着かない日本人の方はスリッパ必須です。あと電気ケトルがないので自分でお茶やコーヒーが入れられないのは残念でした。 交通の便は恐ろしく悪いところです。徒歩だと隣接する町くらいまでしか行けません。「行けません」というのは遠いから徒歩は無理、という意味ではなく、危険すぎる事実上の自動車専用道路と私有地で隔離されていて、本当にどこにもいけないんです。バスに乗る必要があります。 純粋に宿泊する施設としては、上述のこと以外はまあまあ快適だと思います。

コストパフォーマンスがかなりいい宿泊施設
この宿泊施設はキャンプ場で、見た限りバンガロー、テントスペース（オートキャンプ可）がありました。 車は施設内に駐車出来ます。 私はフィウミチーノ空港から近いためバンガローに1泊しましたが、施設内には長期滞在者を多く見掛けました。 バンガローには最低限の設備が備わっており、冷蔵庫、シャワーとトイレも問題なく利用できました。 （涼しかったためエアコンは利用しませんでした） Wi-Fiは有料とのことだったため利用しませんでした。 レストランやバール、テニスコートやプールもあるため、一日を施設内で過ごすこともできると思います。 （今回はいずれの施設も利用しませんでした） 比較的遅めのチェックイン、早めのチェックアウトにも対応してもらえ、 受付の方も大変愛想がよくフレンドリーで親切な方々でした。 ただし、あくまでキャンプ場なのでご注意下さい。

The beds were fairly comfortable (hard). It was very nice that a camp was available early because our plane arrived early. The shower was nice, but the heads had a few blocked holes.

Das Hotel an sich war ganz okay. Es war sauber und hatte das nötigste. War natürlich nicht wie in den herkömmlichen Hotels. Keine tägliche Reinigung und wir hatten nur eine Toilettenpapier Rolle. Aber gegen Nachfrage war das auch kein Problem. Eher ein Camping-Hotel und etwas weiter weg von der Altstadt in Rom. Aber Preis-Leistung war gut. Sehr nettes Personal am Enpfang.

Da vi lige var ankommet (med et barn på fem år også) havde vi bagage. Det var ikke muligt at kører os til vores hytte så vi skulle desværre gå rundt i en halv time i mørke før vi kunne finde hytten. Ingen rengøring eller skiftning af håndklæder og lagner i alle de dage vi var der (6dage). Det var træls. De var ikke behjælpelige med at kører os til hytten en af dagene hvor jeg fik det dårligt og ikke kunne gå, på trods af de skyldte en kørsel ved ankomst. Efter spydige kommentar fra personalet endte de med at få en til at kører os. Overordnet set er stedet super børnevenligt med mange aktiviteter og dejlig pools. Deres pizza i restauranten smagte også fantastisk. Det er nemt at kører ind til byen med bare en bus til stationen og metro.

We booked this property quite last minute and the reviews we read were pretty incredible to which we couldn't relate too. We arrived quite late at the property however there was no amenities for food or water,the vending machines only take coins and the ATM on the other hand was also out of order. On the other hand the reception at night was amazing, Chiara tried her very best to look for some local restaurants and food joints but everything was closed, appreciate her help. Overall I wouldn't stay here again. It is suited for travelling families ho like to do their own cooking and enjoy parks and recreation.

We loved this property! So many things to do! The pool area was exceptional! The ding and grocery were great and convenient! Our rental cabin was perfect, comfortable and had everything we could need, and 2 bathrooms! Way better than any hotel, and easy to Uber into Rome city for our tours. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thanks for everything!

Horrible. It’s a hotel and there’s no maintenance. No hot water machine. The room is not clean. The floors feel sticky. There’s usually water or tea bags or coffee bags for customers in the room but there’s not. Also the wife connection in the room is a no go. Only in the pool area the connection is ok. So basically useless.

It is a very clean place, everything is perfect except there was no wifi in the cabin, otherwise nature setting is absolutely beautiful, it was not hard to get to Rome by bus either even though it looks far away from Rome, great experience. Thank you !

This is a less expensive option that would work great for families. But there were problems: the stove didn't work, all the sinks leaked, lights were burned out, etc. We enjoyed our stay, but it wasn't a 5-star experience.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway from the city for our kids to relax, rent bikes, play at parks and for my husband and I to have a beer. The market prices were pretty high, which is to be expected. The bus ride to and from the city is about 45 minutes. Our bungalow had ants and the mosquitos were ever present, but those were minor problems for our lovely stay!

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura, meravigliosa! Ho trovato solo la lavanderia sporca e in disuso, forse perché è inverno. Comunque ci ritornerò molto volentieri!
