Perfect place
Very nice and clean place. In a perfect neighborhood. Clean and safe. Febrizio is great! The chopstix restaurant right around the corner is amazing! I highly recommend this place as a vrbo.

My family and I had a long stay here and it was great. We loved the neighborhood, it felt like it was out of the city center busyness. Yet still within a few miles to everything. The host prepared so well for us, they were one of the only rentals that had baby items. Finally, the host’s communication was the best we have ever experienced! Would definitely recommend to others.

Nice, terrible neighbors!
Property is just as described. Missing a key detail that the property is downstairs on a basement level. Two hours after getting keys from the owner and parking where the owner tells us to park. A neighbor bangs on the down screaming about the parking. 24 hours later the same neighbor keyed (scratched) the rental car up! The parking area is enclosed to only residents. Explained this to the owner and he replied “she’s a mental crazy person haha”!

We were lucky enough to stay at this home for 8 nights it was perfect, so much coach, stayed cool in the crazy heat wave, and so easy to get around from! We will definitely be back for any trips to Rome!

A lovely place
A lovely place not very far from Rome center, with lots of surrounding bus stops for all those lazy people (including me) who likes to get a bus rather than walk. Fabrizzio is a wonderful host that tries his best to satisfy all.. The apartment is not very large but well planned, and having all the facilities for comfort. The kitchen is a little bit small but the rest is ok

Our nine-day stay was excellent. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything you need to make a Roma visit a pleasure. There are numerous very good to excellent restaurants within a short walking distance (try Kilo a couple hundred yards from the apartment for excellent steaks). A grocery store with everything you need in food and beverage is a half block away. Bus stops that will get you to everywhere you could want to go in Rome within about 30 minutes are one to two short blocks from the apartment. The hosts, Fabrizio and Monica, were helpful, replied to all requests within minutes, and communicated with easily understood directions in English. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Rome.

Beautiful flat with no surprises.
The flat itself was perfect for us. Really cute with all the finishing touches. The property manger added info on restaurants to go to and how to navigate the city in their welcome book (nice touch). The check in was easy despite our lateness. My only negative and this has nothing to do with the property manager or the flat. We found transportation difficult. We were 6 so getting a cab was difficult and the buses very slow and unreliable. Walking to major attraction is not an option in the heat of summer. But if you are comfortable with the bus system I would recommend it to everyone.

Great Apartment in Rome!
Very nice apartment in a great area of Rome. Located near great restaurants and a big grocery store. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the way it was decorated and the vibe of the apartment was cool. The kitchen is very small, but gets the job done. Both bedrooms are large, and two bathrooms are a bonus. The dining area was very accommodating to hang out and eat and play games. It is a bit dark as it is a basement apartment, however it has a front patio with chairs to sit at. I would recommend.

Amazing three bed grotto like apartment
It was quaint but wonderful. It had everything we needed from a small kitchen and dining area to two bathrooms and three good sized beds (one being a pull out sofa). The best part was the location. This is a wonderful area that is far away enough to feel like a local roman while close enough to them that even a taxi is under 20 euro even at the busiest times. (We had one as cheap as 7 euro) If you want the Roman experience at a good price and a freshly renovated modern and super clean apartment, this is it.

Great location
The location of this apartment was excellent. The only issue was the lack of sunlight, since the apartment was in the basement. However, the apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable for our family, and since we were out most of the daytime anyway, the sunlight was not an issue for us. Great place to stay for our long weekend in Rome
Our party of six (young adults, adults) spent four days in Rome. Two of the days visiting Rome itself and the other two visiting surrounding areas. This beautiful apartment was perfect for our needs. It is very close to bus and tram stops, and to taxis. Villa Borghese is a nice area of Rome - away from the large tourist crowds. Monica and Fabrizio are very accommodating hosts! Fui una semana a Roma con mi esposa y un amigo, nos alojamos en este curioso apartamento, nos atendió Fabrizio en todo momento, un hombre muy amable y educado, el apartamento esta limpio y es muy bonito. Hay un bus muy cerca de la vivienda que conecta bien con las zonas más conocidas de Roma, a veces cogimos Uber o Taxi, el precio medio del viaje salía a unos 16€ aproximadamente. La vivienda no esta ubicada en una zona turística, se encuentra muy cerca de las murallas aurelianas, a pocos minutos andando de Villa Borghese. En general nos pareció un lugar agradable, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, con unos dueños súper amables, calidad precio muy bien, acabamos todos muy contentos. Muchas gracias por todo Fabrizio y Mónica!!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Kellergeschoss mit Klimaanlage
Wohnung im Keller mit 2 Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenem Bad. Gut ausgestattet, gute Klimaanlage, gutes WLAN, urig schön eingerichtet. Keine Möglichkeit, schön draußen zu sitzen. Parkplatz gehört nicht dazu, hier haben wir uns in der Nähe (<1km) einen im Parkhaus gebucht. Supermarkt ganz dicht. Bus und Tram auch mit kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Hat alles gut geklappt und war wie erwartet und dargestellt.
