Die Wohnung ist 65 m² groß und bietet ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Doppelfenstern, eine komfortable Sitzgruppe und ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer.



Die beiden Fenster im Wohnzimmer bieten einen Blick auf das Kolosseum, das nur 200 m entfernt ist.



Das Haus verfügt über High-Speed-Wi-Fi, neue schalldichte Fenster, Self-Check-in-Technologie und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern.
Das Haus wurde vollständig mit in Italien hergestellten Möbeln eingerichtet.



The Space:

Bei der Renovierung der gesamten Wohnung wurde auf die Verringerung der Umweltbelastung geachtet: wassersparende Wasserhähne, energiesparende Beleuchtung und Recycling-Behälter.



Alle Zimmer des Hauses verfügen über schallisolierte Fenster und Türen, High-Speed-Wi-Fi, LAN-Netzwerke in allen Zimmern, Klimaanlage, Heizkörper und LED-Leuchten.



Am Eingang der Wohnung finden Sie eine originale rote Backsteinmauer aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, dem Jahrhundert, in dem das gesamte Gebäude errichtet wurde.



Das Wohnzimmer mit offener Scavolini-Küche ist hell und geräumig und eignet sich auch für die Organisation von Abendessen für 4 Personen. Die zahlreichen Lichtpunkte ermöglichen es, je nach Bedarf unterschiedliche Stimmungen zu erzeugen. Der runde Küchentisch wird von einem Kartell-Hängeleuchter aus der Kollektion Fly beleuchtet.





Das bequeme Sofa lässt sich im Handumdrehen in ein äußerst bequemes Bett umwandeln, das Platz für zwei weitere Gäste bietet.



Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Induktionskochfeld, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und eine moderne Mikrowelle.



Das Hauptschlafzimmer wird von 6 hochmodernen LED-Strahlern beleuchtet, die sich in drei verschiedenen Intensitäten einstellen lassen.



Die Kopfkissen und die antibakterielle Memory-Matratze der neuesten Generation garantieren beste Erholung und Hygiene. Große dreitürige Kleiderschränke mit Innenspiegeln, ein Schreibtisch, eine Gepäckablage und ein 43-Zoll-Full-HD-Smart-TV runden die Ausstattung ab.



Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche mit Chromtherapie, einem großen begehbaren Eingang und einer 180 cm langen Harzduschwanne ausgestattet.

The property was a great find. It's minutes away from the Colosseum and relatively close walk to St. John Lateran, the Sancta Scala and Santa Maria Maggiore. There are lots of food options and places to buy your incidentals. Alberto was a great host and always responded on a timely manner. It's a great spot that I would be happy to book again.
