It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, equipped with all comforts. Clean/ modern/ close to Roma Termini

We arrived at Roma Termini, walked for 5 minutes and were at the appartment. We opened front door as per.instrucions. when we opened the door to the apparment found the keys to our door, just as Valeria, our host had explained. Apartment was clean and newly renovated. We didn't cook, but there was a little kitchen. No livingtoom to sit and chat . We did breakfast at a coffee and pastries shop a blok away. Supermatket and drugstores and stores all close by. All main attractions about 10 minutes away by Uber. Thank you Valeria we enjoyed your appartment very much.

Nice upscale apartment in a not so nice part of Rome

Very clean, yet spartan apartment. No place to sit around comfortably together (no living room) other than a small kitchen table. It did have excellent air conditioning and comfortable beds. The neighborhood was not very clean and we didn’t really feel safe. Of course this is near the train station and in most large cities the areas around the train stations are always sketchy. We were robbed and physically assaulted one block from the property at 7 in th morning. Take the good with the bad. Nice accommodations, kind owner, just beware of your surroundings outside.

Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable

We stayed here for 2 nights. Pros: The apartment is absolutely immaculately clean. The communication with Valeria was good. The apartment was much bigger than it appeared in the photos, and in the kids’ room there was a queen bed (maybe king) plus a separate permanent single bed so they didn’t have to share a bed as it seems from the original listing. The beds and pillows are memory foam - so comfortable! There’s an elevator in the building It’s only 5-10 mins walk from Roma termini station There’s a large supermarket 3 mins walk away with a huge selection and reasonable prices There’s 3 separate air conditioners. 1 in the kitchen/ dining and 1 in each bedroom Cons: The water pressure and heat of the hot water in the shower could be better No fly screens on the windows, so need to use aircon to avoid the risk of having mosquitoes There are the essential items in the kitchen, so we could cook, but a couple more items like a tea towel, vegetable peeler, extra rubbish bags etc would be helpful

This property is a gem!! The building and property is secure. Kitchen and bathroom is renovated with modern look and finish. It is very clean and well lit. It is a block away to a big grocery store, and restaurants and bake shop. It is within reasonable walking distance to Roma Termini and to Metro station in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. The bus stop is steps away—bus to main Rome attractions.

Clean, modern and well located apartment

The apartment is clean and nice, it has a good location, 3 streets from the central station "Termini". It has a modern style, inside an “older” building. It has all the necessary appliances to cook or have breakfast (recommendation: it would be better to have also an electric boiler) The beds and pillows are very comfortable. the apartment has air conditioning in each room. The entrance to the building as well as to the apartment is with a security code, which I find very modern and useful. Valeria is the person I was in contact with, she was very kind. The apartment has a good price-quality!!! If we return to Rome, we will stay there again
