Positive: Amazing location very near to attractions. Elevator building. Had issues and hotel tried to remedy. Negative: Tiny! Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Very little natural light. Giant furniture too big for space in room. Little/no amenities in room. Only storage for clothes is 10 hangers armoire. (No drawers, closet). They have many properties in Rome. I think experience will differ depending on which you book/receive.

The apartment was nice and clean. The address on Expedia is a little misleading, that’s their reception area not the apartment. The apartment was further down away from Colosseum. Host was responsive and kind.

Great location. I stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment, and it’s 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. There are other buses and metro stations within 10 minutes walk also to access the rest of the city. Apartment is adequate size; small but in-line with other options in city center. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a major plus. We did not get to use the terrace because it was 100F in Rome.

We stayed at apartment 226 via San Giovanni Laterno in August. It’s a great location near the Colosseum and many shops and dining options, just far enough away from busy areas to be quiet. The apartment was spacious with two nicely updated bathrooms, two bedrooms, a sitting area and a small kitchen. Only issue is the King bed which was sagging in the middle, when I looked under the mattress the frame was bent and being held up by a stack of books! I told the owner and he said he’d send his assistant the next day but we didn’t see anyone or any repairs and left as planned after two nights.
