Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les informations transmises étaient claires. Le métro est au bout de la rue et les accès aux grands lieux touristiques facilement accessibles à pieds. La chambre étaient propres et le voisinage respectueux. Seul bémol, la douche. Parfois trop chaude ou trop froide, il était difficile de la régler correctement.

Location. Is great walkable to many attractions, but also on bus route and termini train station is a short walk as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean large room.

Perfect little place
We spent 4 nights here and it was perfect for what we need it for. Friendly staff, clean room and just the BEST LOCATION 👌 close to the trevi fountain and Colloseum, also there's a supermarket a few doors down ☺️

Hotel Review
We did not have hot water. The toilet had a water drip so the sound was annoying. The sink is very shallow so the water splashes all over. The service and the people that did check in were very friendly. Location was fine for seeing different attractions as we enjoy walking everywhere. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Close to train. Room was clean.

Rome in September
Beautiful place. Clean and Comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations on restaurants close by and helped us with transportation.

Great location (fancy building, a stone's throw away from the Trevi Fountain et al.). Nice & friendly staff. For a one-night stay, the room and breakfast were both okay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were given very clear instructions on how to find the hotel and we loved the entrance with its fountain and old fashioned elevator. Staff could not have been more friendly. The room was a very good size and was in a perfect location for all the sights. Breakfast was especially lovely, we loved having that brought to us in the morning! We would definitely stay here again. :)

Nous avons été déçus de notre hébergement. Parmi les points positifs, le logement était très calme et propre, bien situé avec beaucoup de restaurants autour pour dîner le soir. Pour les points négatifs, la chambre paraissait bien plus grande propre et neuve sur les photos. Le robinet de la salle de bain était défectueux et la salle de bain assez humide sans fenêtre. Le premier jour, on nous donne une feuille pour indiquer l’heure du petit déjeuner et ce que nous voulons car il est amené dans la chambre. Le premier jour nous avions coché 8h, il n’a plus été possible de changer ni l’heure ni la sélection à manger … nous avons été réveillés à 8h tous les jours malgré un papier laissé sur la porte pour changer l’horaire. De plus, le petit déjeuner n’était pas très bon. De plus, le check in a été compliqué. Heureusement qu’un monsieur nous a aidé à trouver les clés. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment moyen …

Modern amenities and right across from Milano Centrale train station where you can also catch the Metro. Quiet at night. Great breakfast with many choices. Some eateries near by.

Ik kreeg bij aankomst op het station in Rome een bericht van het hotel. Ik moest antwoorden wanneer we er waren. Bij aankomst kwam de verantwoordelijke onmiddellijk naar beneden. Heel vriendelijke man, nam ook gelijk mijn koffer over. Ook aan het ontbijt werd gesleuteld. Waar het vroeger heel beperkt was, is de keuze nu heel uitgebreid. Verschillende soorten koffie, youghurt, ham, kaas, toast, gekookte eitjes, croissants,… Te veel om op te noemen.

Fantastic location, walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. Had no problems finding or accessing the place. Completely met all requirements for our stay in Rome while out exploring, I would certainly recommend staying here.

El alojamiento está en una ubicación excelente. Si bien es cierto que la comunicación para el acceso el primer día es regular, porque no te avisan por escrito de la forma de entrada sino que te dicen que les llames. Normalmente este tipo de accesos te los suelen comunicar por escrito con la reserva pero no fue el caso. Por otro lado, en cuanto al desayuno no tienen un lugar para desayunar, pides lo que quieres y te lo llevan a la habitación y es algo incómodo porque no tienes apenas espacio para desayunar. Por otro lado, otro de los días dejaron la habitación sin hacer aun habiendo dejado indicación de limpieza y al no haber recepción por la noche si hubiéramos llegado más tarde de las 19h no habríamos podido ni pedir toallas nuevas. Las camas comodísimas, la temperatura adecuada y el personal excelente y amable. Lo mejor la ubicación.

the area it was in made it so easy to get to anywhere by walking and the train station was on ten mins walk away as well, and you have everything you will need in your stay recommend

Very clean. Apartment size room. AC worked great. Bathroom was ample size. 2 luggage racks were available with wardrobe including safe. There was a communal apartment sized small fridge in the common area to store yogurt, juice, etc that you purchased from the grocer. There was also a toaster, microwave, nespresso machine, and kettle available in the common area. Fob and keys added extra security to the 5th level of the apartment. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. It was 7.50 € which may have been decent value. All and all great stay and staff very helpful
