Stunning modern design private villa with private pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in Ciudad Quesada.

It is equipped with air-conditioning and internet / WiFi.

Outside the villa you have a beautiful large garden with trees, barbecue area, space for sunbathing and of course the private pool.

Inside the villa fully furnished and equipped and has fully fitted open plan kitchen.

In Ciudad Quesada you will find all the amenities you need including many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, green areas, a seasonal water park and an 18 hole golf course 'La Marquesa Golf'. And the beautiful blue flag white sand beaches of Guardamar del Segura are less than 10 minutes drive away.

toilet was partly functional which caused shower to overflow

the villa was clean and modern - however, the downstairs toilet was clearly not fit for purpose and could be heard gurgling near the downstairs shower escape, as a result of using the shower on morning ONE - water could not escape down drain and flooded into the bedroom after mixing with toilet water and shower water.

Not as good as we had hoped

The property is in need of repairs which we reported the day after arrival. Shower dripped constantly and they were aware as they had put a towel down to absorb the water. Shower heads had limescale. Pool had Algae on the tiles and outside terrace hadn't been cleaned. Very poor shade options with only one large umbrella which only gave shade a very small part of the day. The outside patios need seating/shade/table in all areas to make is useable throughout the day. TV satellite box had no power supply so didn't work. No gas BBQ as shown in photos. Bathroom floor not suitable for older people as very slippery. Need to be aware with kids too as the glass doors do not have any manifestions.on and are easy to walk into. On the plus side, the main bed was comfy as was the sofa area in the lounge. Was surprised to see that the second bedroom was partially in the basement with a very small shower/WC room which wouldn't suit anyone on the large side. This is the first villa we have booked through a company rather than privately. The booking VRBO agents were very helpfulness though with great communication when I called to find out how check in would work. The villa could be nice but needs some work to bring it back up to a good standard. Perhaps we were unlucky as its the end of the season and we have been spoilt previously with some really lovely properties. algae in it.

Great stay!

We spent a great week with our family at the villa. I would recommend hiring a car to get out and about and to also get to the nearest supermarket. A few great restaurants within easy walking distance.
