"The room was spotless and front desk staff was polite, careful of my safety, and came to my room to show me how to work the volume on the remote!!! He also accommodated my need for a first floor room and put me on the back side farthest from the highway so it was quiet. Rooms were also very sound proof!"

"We had to unexpectedly book a room due to delayed flights and A/C out at our house. Emilio was very pleasant at check-in. The room assigned to us had NOT been cleaned. Trash in both trash cans, filthy tabletop of crumbs and countertops that had spills that had not been wiped down. Mess in the bathroom sink. No linens on the bed and minimal towels in the bathroom. We requested another room and were told they were “full”. We ended up making our own bed, which was nothing more than a thin mattress on a metal frame, to expedite the process. Emilio did his best to assist us, and we are grateful for that. We were told at checkout that they “only have 3 maids to clean all the rooms.” I think management needs to have better oversight on what those 3 maids are doing. We chose this location because of excellent reviews, convenience to where we needed to be, and price. It didn’t work out the way we had hoped. The front desk did apologize for the mess; however, it wasn’t their fault to apologize for. This rating reflects the room condition and lack of attention to detail on the cleaning staff NOT the staff we encountered during our stay. I have stayed at Extended Stays before and had hoped for a better experience at this one."

"This house is absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake are stunning. It is so peaceful and private. The open kitchen and living area is perfect for families. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The Master Suite is amazing. The room overlooks the lake and the pool. The Master bathroom is beautifully renovated. High quality materials and so spacious! The outdoor area is amazing. The highlight of course is the pool. The whole area is comfortable and once again, I must say how great the view of the lake is. DeeAnn is a wonderful host. Very responsive. Would definitely stay again."

"We were in town for the weekend for an event and this was a nice quiet place to stay. The room was clean and it appears to have had some updates done (flooring, mirror that defrosts, artwork, etc.), and the evening staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was a little on the hard side and maybe some softer towels would be a good addition, but overall, it was a safe and clean place to spend a weekend. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Belton!"
