10/10!! We loved our stay at The Residence Aiolou. Staff was beyond courteous and helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check out. They took our bags to our room, arranged the spa for us, took our bags down and called us a cab at check-out. Very professional, exceptional service from start to finish.
The hotel is in a perfect area for walking around Athens with quick access to great restaurants, shops, the Acropolis, etc. Everything you could want for a short visit.
The room was outstanding, above and beyond my expectation. We had 3 balconies, a giant tub (I'm over 6' so this was a real treat for me), very comfortable king bed, good wifi, everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
Will definitely be back to this hotel next time we're in Athens.

The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable, However, the carpet was stained and needs to be replaced, preferably a laminate or hard wood floor since it was hard to pull/push our luggage in carpet. The breakfast was a plus, delicious and the coffee machine was excellent. Best of all, the view of the Acropolis from the rooftop was AMAZING!!!
The reception staff Angelo was knowledgeable; and Demetruis was helpful. I just wish the hotel was closer to Masiteraki Square, where the hop on-hop off bus and the flea market were located.

Had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is so helpful and friendly. They have a great rooftop patio with an amazing view of the Acropolis.
The breakfast was great with plenty of options and served up at the rooftop patio.
The location of the property is amazing. It’s so close to everything around the Acropolis and easy to get around. I would highly recommend this hotel!
