Just outside the sliding glass door is a 6 person hot tub overlooking 2 ponds and the surrounding woods. You'll also find an outside fire pit for your use, along with 7 acres of trails.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with a Serta mattress, an electric fireplace and a treadmill for exercise. The 2nd bedroom is a nicely updated study that has a pull out sofa featuring a memory foam twin mattress, along with a couch. The kitchen/bar area provides seating for 3, a full fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, George Foreman grill, and a Keurig coffee maker. There's also a game room area which includes a foosball table, darts, a basketball game, and ring toss. If you'd rather just lounge on the large sectional use the 60" smart tv with access to several streaming services. Of course, high speed internet is available, and, if needed, a laundry room as well.

This home is only 10 minutes from the Tug Hill region, 15 minutes from Watertown, 20 minutes from Lake Ontario and 40 minutes from the St. Lawrence River. Come enjoy this peaceful retreat! *The owners live above this apartment with their children, but the entrances are separate and there is no inside shared living space. They are available if you should need anything during your stay, but value guests having privacy. Unfortunately, pets and smoking are not permitted.
