65 sq meter apartment on the first floor of Villa Giulia, a recently renovated family house, surrounded by a private 2.5 acre orange-tree garden in the Gargano National Park and within walking distance of the beach and downtown Rodi Garganico. The family who own the properties live on the ground floor. Fantastic view of the Adriatic sea from the bedroom and spacious living room. Dine al fresco on the terrace under the stars, watching a magnificent sunset behind the harbor and the Tremiti Islands. Enjoy quiet and peaceful evenings. Ideal for 1-4 persons seeking a relaxing and memorable holiday experience in an unspoilt area and largely untouched by tourism. Explore the surrounding rocky coasts, the millenary forest Foresta Umbra, the salt-lakes of Lesina and Varano, and the protected area of the Tremiti Islands. Privileged starting point for daytrips to the impressive San Michele Sanctuary (in the Middle Ages this was the last stop for pilgrims before sailing for Holy Land), Emperor Frederic II's renowned Castle at Castel del Monte (a unique masterpiece of medieval military architecture), Alberobello famous for its white cone-roofed houses, the Castellana Caves or the amazing Sassi di Matera, where Mel Gibson shot his film Passion of Christ.

Hallo,das war ein sehr schöner Urlaub bei Claudio & Frau. Die Beiden sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit in jeder Situation.Dies haben wir selbst erfahren bei einer Panne mit unserem Mietwagen. Claudio hat sich sofort um eine Werkstatt bemüht und uns wurde vor Ort geholfen.Die Mietwagenfirma dagegen, in Bari am Flughafen (Sizily By Car) können wir nicht empfehlen. Sehr schlecht erreichbar und unkompetent. Das nur nebenbei bemerkt.Das Appartment bei Claudio können wir nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ein sehr schöner Garten mit Zitronen-Orangen-und Feigenbäumen. Eine super Aussicht aufs Meer und auf den kleinen Yachthafen von Rodi Garganico. Das Appartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet, geräumig und läßt keine Wünsche offen.Wir kommen garantiert wieder.Der Urlaub hat sich gelohnt und war sehr erholsam.Jörg & Katrin

Villa immersa nel verde

L'appartamento è molto bello, spazioso, ben arredato, completo di tutto e soprattutto pulitissimo. Bellissima anche la terrazza con una spettacolare vista sul mare, il porto di Rodi e, alla sera, sul sole che tramonta dietro le Isole Tremiti. Ci tengo ancora a ringraziare Claudio e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Appartamento con vista per una vacanza relax

Appartamento con vista spettacola di giorno ascoltando il mare e il canto delle cicale, di sera godendosi il tramonto sulle isole Tremiti. Gli interni sono ampi e luminosi come da immagini e descrizioni. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibile oltre che sempre accoglienti. Gradevolissimo lo spazio verde popolato da alberi da frutta intorno alla struttura

magnifiques vacances

La maison est située aux milieu des citronniers, orangers et figuiers, au calme et possède une vue sur la mer extraordinaire. L'accueil de Claudio a été plus que sympathique, serviable et disponible. Mer et promenades sont à proximité. Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances.
