O mini mercado e lavanderia do prédio são bem equipado com valores coerente pela comodidade. Único pequeno problema foi que no quarto tivemos a falta de toalha de mão e tapete onde avisamos para uma possível solução e não obtivemos resposta, porém não afetou nossa estadia pois estávamos preparados. "Casa muito bem localizada, fácil acesso, local tranquilo e seguro. Imóvel bom, conservado e atende toda necessidade, somente dois quartos tem ar condicionado. Um quarto na parte de baixo fora do apto estava com a parede descascada e bem mofada, atrapalhou bastante por conta do cheiro forte de mofo. Banheiros bons, equipados, roupa de cama e banho limpas e utensílios de cozinha de acordo. Proprietário (Sr Joias) e a co-anfitriã ( Sra Márcia ) sempre prestativos e muito atenciosos."

"Nossa satisfação começou na recepção pela Glaucia e pelo Fabio, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados de forma muito especial como se já fossemos conhecidos. No restaurante não foi diferente, tivemos sugestões de pratos excelentes pelo Vinicius e também muito bem atendido pelo Lucas. No café da manhã, a Kelly nos ajudou muito e com muita dedicação, principalmente pelas restrições alimentares da minha esposa. Também no checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionistas. Enfim, jun dos melhores hotéis que já tivemos o privilégio de nos hospedar. Obrigado pela dedicação e experiência."

"Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só. "
