"The breakfast staff and restaurant were the best. They were so incredibly friendly and the best way to start the day. The room was very clean upon check in. The exterior areas could be a bit more kept up. Riverfront park is right across the bridge and everything is within walking distance. The area of greatest need for improvement is the room cleaning. Even with our sign out, it was a real struggle to get towels and toilet paper restocked. We were there for 4 nights. We made our own bed."

"Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!"
