Summary:
This vacation rental gives you the ultimate vacation at The Lake of the Ozarks. Beautifully decorated and conveniently located by land and water to many desired dining and entertainment spots at the lake. The 4 bed, 3 bath home sleeps 12 people. An open floor plan continues from the kitchen throughout the dining and living room. 3 decks with a main channel view to dine, lounge, and entertain guests. The dock is available for you to swim, fish, and boat. Experience Lake of the Ozarks Living!

The Space:
Lakefront - Lake Access - Swimming and Fishing - Private Dock

Bedroom 1: 2 Bunkbeds - Bedroom 2: 2 Doubles - Bedroom 3: Queen - Bedroom 4: Queen

Kitchen: Fully equipped with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, Refrigerator, toaster, crockpot, and a coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options.

Indoor Living: Flat-screen smart TV with free access to popular streaming apps. Ceiling fans and board games.

Parking: There is space for 3-4 vehicles in front of the house

Outdoor Living: Spacious, decks with a patio sets. Fishing and swimming off the dock. Outdoor BBQ grill. Dock has a 10'x24' boat slip to park your boat.

General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, central A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in a cove setting, perfect for relaxing and swimming off the private dock. Nearby water attractions includ Village marina and Boat House. Just outside the cove you will find several great options for food and entertainment including Neon Taco, Tap and Grill, DockKnockers, Lake Burger, Shady Gators and Camden on the Lake.

Getting Around:
Close to Hwy 54 for easy access to all areas of the lake.

4th of July!

The house was very nice plenty of room for everyone. I only drawback was the dock was really rocky. I didn’t realize how close to the main channel we were, but we didn’t let that bother us. We had a blast!

Needs TLC

Love the location close to the lake. The house was perfect for the size of our family. Facilities need cleaning on the inside. There were dead bugs in the closets, cereal on the floor from previous tenants, which showed no vacuuming had been done. Three air conditioning units had change filter lights on, one bedroom AC unit had black mold on it. Cobwebs in the ceilings in all rooms. I feel the pictures sold us a dream. Great check in process.

It was a very good experience overall but the outside decks, balcony and patio furniture was very untidy with spider webs etc

Great place for groups!

10 of us fit comfortably in this house, and it was the perfect location! We were able to get picked up by boat at the private dock, and could Uber about 20 minutes to bars and restaurants. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking at home easy. Parking was a little tricky but was able to rearrange cars to fit. Roads can be windy leading up to house, but nothing was steep which was great!
