"We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was well stocked with essentials and very clean. At check in the staff were very helpful and attentive and even gave us the telephone numbers of owners if there was a problem after office hours. Highly recommend staying here if you are spending a few days in the provincial park. The location is central within the park. A surprising amount of amenities in the small town if you want to make meals yourself the kitchen is well stocked or number of places to eat out. The condo was facing the ocean and quiet part of the little town. Rocky Harbour is full of places to eat and do a little bit of shopping while we relaxed after hiking in Gros Morne all day. The AC was working very well and kept the entire unit nice and cold in the summer heat wave. "

"We loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we checked it .. our room ‘s air conditioning wasn’t working. They upgraded us to another room and we had a gorgeous sunset view of the ocean. We would definitely recommend staying at this special hotel in Rocky Harbour. "

It is the perfect location to stay when touring the Gros Morne area. Rocky Harbour offers many unique cafes and gift shops and cultural experiences. It also had a bbq and chairs to sit out and enjoy the harbour view."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Can't say enough good things about The Peridot Retreat. It was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully decorated; and the jacuzzi was amazing. We loved the view of the bay and being able to sit on the deck for meals. Kitchen was great, well equipped. Also, so central to great hikes, landmarks, and spectacular sights.
