Centrally located between Knoxville (40 min), Chattanooga (1hr), and Nashville (2 hr).

The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a selection of blankets and pillows, and luxury linens and mattresses throughout to ensure your comfort. There is a green egg and gas grill available for your outdoor cooking as well as a wood fire pit and a propane fire table.

There is year-round deep water at our dock and a boat ramp right across from the dock that is available solely for community residents.

Our neighborhood is family friendly and walkable. There are lake and moutain views throughout the house and the community.

Rockwood has a quaint downtown and is within 10 miles of Kingston which has a great selection of restaurants and shopping.
