「The property was just as described. Check in was good and no issues. Was in a nice quiet area even though the people in the upstairs later in our visit were loud. It sounded like they were stomping on the floors and moving furniture. The cleanliness of the place was a little suspect. It didnt look to have been dusted for quite some time. 「This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. 「We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for traveling with our e-bikes. We loved being so close to the beach, which made it easy to get our morning steps in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
