「Next to train tracks and the train runs by in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper this might not be ideal. 」

「We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard.」

「This property is very old and it looks it. The furniture is old, the tile is old. Everything was just a little broken. The side door entrance to the building didn't lock, my room door's top lock was broken. The vending machines didn't work. The bottom sheet on the bed was worn and pilling. When I arrived the place smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that I had to leave to get some air. So I guess they do clean, but it is just so old, there's not much you could do to fix it with any amount...

「I would have rated the cleanliness a 3 due to an over flowing garbage that sat directly in front of the 4th floor elevator from the time we arrived at 9pm until the next morning when I had to ask staff to clean it up as it was all over the ground by the exit, but, the bathroom was clean and the beds and linens seems clean. 」

「Expedia listing is deceiving as it states under amenities that there is a hot tub/sauna. There is not— it appears to have been filled in. The pool water was freezing. It was hard for kids to enjoy it. When the staff was advised, they seemed to just turn up the room thermostat. I don’t think they understood. Only other complaint was that a member of our party had issues with their TV display and were given very little help. Unfortunately, I think there was a language barrier that prevented any...
