Family Getaway *3 BR* Walk to Beach *Jacuzzi Tub*

Welcome to a beautiful home in a park-like setting, ideal for family gatherings! This custom home sleeps 8 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open floor plan features high 20-foot wood ceilings and a loft area.
The main floor hosts a spacious master suite with a queen bed, a Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, a separate lavatory, a television, and plenty of closet space.

Available around the clock, every day of the week, through our dedicated telephone service.

Located in a small quiet neighborhood of nicer newer homes on the east side of Rockaway Beach, approx. 8 short blocks to beach. City Park & library within several blocks.

The second bedroom also has a queen bed. Upstairs, the large third bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed, and the loft features a queen futon sleeper.

The kitchen has granite countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, and a large island with seating. The dining area is spacious and perfect for family meals. The main floor has tile and hardwood floors.

Step outside to the covered patio area with stamped concrete and a dual-sided fireplace. You can access it from the kitchen and the outdoor picnic table. It’s a great spot to relax by the fire! The home includes a washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor speakers, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a DVD player.

You are just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is ample parking available for several cars and a boat. Enjoy cooking on the new Weber gas BBQ, having fun around the fire pit, or playing games with the DVDs provided.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood of newer homes on the east side of Rockaway Beach, about 8 blocks from the beach. A city park and library are also nearby. If you love fishing, hiking, or biking, this is an excellent place! Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, dining at the picnic table, and relaxing by the fireplace with new patio furniture. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, read a book by the fire, or watch your favorite shows with Spectrum cable.

Great home and location

This was a great house and location for staying in Rockaway! We have stayed at many homes and condos in Rockaway over the decades, and this is definitely one of the best. It is roomy, clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, and made us feel like we were at home. It is about an 8-9 walk straight down the street to Hwy 101 and town, and straight to beach access. The house has everything you need and worked great for our family of four, although you could easily have more comfortably staying there. The only way this house could be better is if it were situated on the beach itself. We will definitely stay here again if available on our next visit!!

Friends Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The online listing showed a futon in the loft, only the mattress was there. One couple had to sleep on the floor. A little disappointing. The listing also notes the house sleeps 9 but dining table only seats 6, did not like not being able to have all 8 (adults) together at the table.
