"This property was very nice and i loved that it was right on the beach! "

"This property is wonderful! There was a back door to our room that led directly to the beach, and the picture window from our room gave us a wonderful, unobstructed view of the ocean and the sunset. There was a separate dining table and chairs next to the window so that we could enjoy a meal and the ocean view at the same time. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the lobby had a selection of unique teas choose from. The refrigerator in our unit wasn't properly cleaned prior to our arrival. When you opened it it gave of a strong fish smell that permeated the room. But front desk staff was responsive to my comments about it and immediately sent someone to take care of this. I gave this property a low score for environmental awareness due to the single use toiletries that were in the bathroom. It would be nice if they could find a way to eliminate those in the future. All being said, I'm hopeful that I will have the opportunity to stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to all travelers. "

"Theyvwere painting the building when i arrived. Neil made my stay as hospitable as possible. The location is great. The hotel is right at the beach. This is an older motel. Im willing to trade price for location. The staff is great and i love the view and location. I will return"

"Had a fantastic stay in Rockaway, the place was small but more than enough for myself and my pup. View was amazing and enjoyed my evenings most with the windows open listing to the waves. Place was spotless and had obviously been recently refreshed/cleaned. Bed was comfortable, and I actually spent most of my time on the pull out bed in the main room because I loved the open feeling of the living room. All in all was a great time."

"I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The space was clean and had an abundance of amenities, including games for the kids, washer/dryer, full kitchen with appliances, and bath items. Absolutely loved this property up on the hill. It was close to town and located in a quiet neighborhood."
