Nice hotel near to University of Rochester.
Hotel staff are so friendly and supportive. They are really committed to have guests feel comfortable. Convenient to go to University of Rochester as well as near to College Town.

The staff went ABOVE and BEYOND! I got several rides to and from the airport and the university. While everyone was very kind and seemed to enjoy their job, I couldn't help notice the operation looked woefully understaffed. They're working harder than they should have to. Give them some more help. I hope they're getting paid well.

Receptionists were not pleasant or helpful. Cleaning crew were annoying always asking if you were leaving. Food was undercooked.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to Strong Memorial Hospital. It was clean, safe, and had many places close by to eat,shop or just walk to.

our stay at the hotel was great. We were traveling with our kids to go to the Strong museum. Location is about 10min drive to the museum, also about 5-10 minutes to shops like Target, Walmart, and also Olive Garden (which is a mandatary stop for us when we are traveling in the states). Location is close to a hospital and so there were some sirens through the night but they were not too disruptive. Overall experience was great, room was clean, room size was decent, service was good!

The hotel is nice and in a good location next the the hospital. The only complaint we had was the beds are harder then sleeping on a concert pad!

Felt desk staff was unsure of what they were doing. Got someone else’s breakfast charges($100.00) charged to my room. Called to resolve- still left $27.00 of their breakfast charge on my bill.

It’s a little loud on the side of the main road ( across from the cemetery). Will request an interior room next time. Otherwise it was a great stay and would stay there again.
