The front desk was amazing . My friends needs some tissue and the lady at the front hear us and we was walking at the door and their she was with the box of tissues . All of them was friendly courteous and with good knowledge about the shopping area . Definitely will stay here again 10 stars . Amazing we loved it

Check-out is at 11; however at 8:30 and again at 9:30 they tried coming in our room to clean. 1st time they knocked and then tried to enter without giving us a chance to answer the door. The second time they didnt knock at all. Wth!

Everything you would need! Breakfast was excellent and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Beds are comfy enough but I suggest you bring a pillow of your own if you can. Other than that, which isn’t a lot… the staff are super friendly and accommodating and I’d highly recommend this hotel for your next Rochester stay.

There was hair in the bathroom the shower hose had dirt and grime on it. Found hair in the beds. Dust and dirt all over the room.

The very worse hampton inn i have ever stayed at. My grandmother is a diamond member and this place was a dump. Extremly understaffed. Front desk agents were no where to be found during check in and check out. The pool was freezing guests compared it to bottled water. There were HOLES in our bedroom wall. There was hair on the shower curtain. Dirt and hair in bathrooms. Hair on sheets. Rooms were small and dark. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. There was no where to sit. No juice. No milk. No eggs. No yogurt . Had to get the front desk agent and she got upset stating shes doing the front desk and breakfast is doing house keeping. There was a line out into the dining area to try to make waffles. After 30 mins we only got cereal and left starving so went to chick fil a . The towels at the pool were so small they didnt even cover my 3 year old. My 7 year old kept calling the place "trashiest hotel ever". Beyond annoyed and disappointmented. My money is very tight and we did this for a family get away. Major waste of money. Will be leaving a google review as well. Will never ever return and pefer the holdiay inn express way morem

I was in town for a funeral. During this tough time, it was great to not have to worry about the hotel and the hot tub was just what I needed. The staff and the hotel overall was wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I let them know that my son is in a wheelchair, in the comments during booking. When I arrived today they were so welcoming and right away said that our room was ready. We were placed on the first floor in a huge room. We had a king size bed, a love seat, a desk, a double closet, a microwave, a small kitchen sink, a fridge and a coffee maker. In our bathroom there was a walk in/roll in shower with a fold down bench. There was also a wheelchair accessible sink and mirror set lower for wheelchair users. Throughout the hotel there is tea and coffee available all the time, a pool and a gym. I would definitely return and recommend.

Good place to stay
A gift place to stay, if a bit far from downtown Rochester (20 minutes by car). A little worn in spots, but clean and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I like the property for single king size rooms. They have updated those. However the staff has gone down hill. They use to have this one manager or assistant manager who was trans and they were amazing and held everyone else to a standard. Now it’s like everyone hated their job that was there. Like the breakfast was 20 minutes late coming out. Things like that.

Preparing to be a first time author
Very clean room and bathroom; very quiet and you did not realize how many people and kids were in the hotel until you went to breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Great place to spend the weekend. I stayed here as I was working on a book and needed to get away from the hustle and bustle

Perfect Stay!
Great value, clean room, pool and jacuzzi, comfortable bed, quiet, amazing breakfast buffet, convenient to highway and shopping... what else do you want? Staff was great, too! We needed plates and forks for cake and it was no issue.
