You will be accommodated in an outbuilding of the castle, a family property dating from the 15th century, in the heart of the vineyard. Entirely restored in the local style, this cottage combines comfort and charm thanks to a cozy and refined interior.

On the ground floor: living room of 35m² with dining area, lounge with fireplace, television and home cinema, kitchen of 16m², separate toilet with washbasin, and lounge of the Orangeraie (20m²) with its large windows overlooking the park. This living room transforms into a bedroom for 2 people with a convertible sofa of 140x190cm when you come to 10 people.

A bedroom with private bathroom is also on the ground floor (shower, toilet and sink).

Upstairs: a first bedroom with a 180x200cm bed (or 2 x 90cm) and a 120x190cm bed. A second bedroom with 1 160x200cm bed (or 2x80cm) and an alcove separated by a screen with a 140x190cm bed. The bathroom is located on the landing. Separate toilets.

Outside, a pretty terrace with garden furniture and a private garden overlooking the woods are reserved for you. You will find a relaxation lounge, deckchairs, barbecue, swing. Also enjoy the 3-hectare park with its three-hundred-year-old trees, the woods, the groves, the hornbeam, the belvedere with a view of the vineyard. Leisure facilities available: football pitch, ping-pong table, slide, swing, badminton net, trampoline.

Direct access to marked hiking and mountain biking trails. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is located 7 km away. A closed room will be available to store bicycles.

If you have passed the TV antenna, turn around, you have gone too far! - From Nantes: A11 motorway, exit 19 Chalonnes/Loire then at Chalonnes, take the direction of Saint Aubin de Luigné (D54) then direction Beaulieu/Layon. Go past the TV antenna on your left, the Château de la Guimonière is the first property on your right immediately after the sign for the place called Guimonière.
