We actually booked here last minute, I read some not so nice comments but the air conditioner Works fantastic you just have to set it we kept hours on 23 I believe and it was very cool we were there from May 1st to May 10th and it was very hot on some days and we were totally comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful, breakfast was great the regular eggs and they had bacon they had fruit coffee machine was great we got cappuccinos every morning they have rolls they had a toaster it was pretty good the place is what you make it and it's right near the train station to supermarkets, it was actually a great stay and we would stay there again.

All was excellent! Especially the staff! Some noise in the piazza at night on weekends. Otherwise excellent!

Booked room for my parents and their friends. They were very happy with the stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location within walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants. Convenient enough for them to take mini breaks between the gallery visits and I heard there is great gelato within the hotel. Perfect for a hot summer day in Firenze.

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.
