"We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. "We had a fabulous week at Casa Toti - winding down and taking in the beautiful scenery. Breakfast on the verandah was so stunning with such a backdrop. The property is amazing and very well equipped, but the pool is perfect! Lots to do in the area - if you want to do a lot more that lie by the pool, that is! Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. "We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"This is a special place. We stayed here with some of our extended family to explore Abruzzo. The house is beautifully sited with a panoramic view of the Adriatic. The property is well maintained and quite comfortable. The town is charming and its beaches are quite fine. Overall an excellent place. Highly recommended."

"Struttura consigliatissima, ben tenuta, attrezzata, posizionata a 50 passi dalla cala turchino, proprietario disponibilissimo. A 3 minuti di macchina c'è ampia scelta per mangiare a prezzi giusti. Consigliamo "Trattoria la casereccia" e gelateria " Copa dè dora".
