Access to the mezzanine is via an internal iron staircase: it is noted that the ceiling beam in this area is low, therefore requiring some attention.The shower bathroom is fully equipped to meet the guests' needs. The American-style kitchen represents a real strength: equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and various utensils, it allows for easily preparing delicious meals.Outside you will find a balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or an aperitif with a view of the mountains, and a private parking space. During the winter period, if the access driveway is not passable, parking is available free of charge on the road, just 50 meters from the apartment entrance.It is reported that the road to reach the property is unpaved in the final part, as is the access driveway.
