The home’s spacious layout includes: 1 entryway closet for jackets, boots, snow boots, suitcases..., 1 living room with a fireplace and balcony, 1 dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with a balcony and TV, featuring an en suite bathroom with a Turkish bath, shower, and bidet, 3 additional double bedrooms—including 1 in the attic with a safety gate, accessible via a wooden staircase—and 2 bathrooms with showers and bidets. The house is equipped with flat-screen TVs in several rooms, internet, a private entrance, and a view of the garden adjacent to the 16th-century church.

A convenient convenience store across from the property, Lion’s Bar, two restaurants, a post office, and a pharmacy (open every other day) are all within a few minutes’ walk. No ATM.

The property is located 84 km from Pescara Airport, about 15 minutes from Roccaraso, 18 minutes from the Aremogna ski lifts, and 10 minutes from the Monte Pratello ski resort, which is connected to the slopes of the entire Alto Sangro ski area. The village, of medieval origin, is situated within the renowned Maiella National Park, which offers numerous trails through nature. Also worth visiting are Lake Barrea, Lake Scanno—famous for its heart shape—Rivisondoli, Pescocostanzo, and Sulmona, known worldwide for its confetti. We also recommend the picturesque Transiberiana d’Abruzzo railway, which departs from Sulmona and passes through the main towns in the surrounding area aboard a historic train from the 1930s.
