"We had an overall good time, the location is excellent. The 1st morning we were there the front door shattered, it was extremely windy and it slammed itself. We reached out to the property manager and she was not polite initially, she later came around and stopped the aggressive behavior. Aside from that, it was great, wouldn’t have had any complaints if the property manager hadn’t been so abrasive and rude."

"This was my 3rd trip to Roatan and Infinity Bay. This was my favorite condo to stay in, it is perfectly located within the resort. I love this resort, easy walk to lots of restaurants and awesome snorkeling right off the beach. I will be coming back to Roatan and staying in this condo. Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded promptly, he genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"Second time at infinity Bay, first time in this unit, everything was great. Really love this property for the beach and on-site dive operation. The staff at IB are friendly and accommodating. "Everything was very easy and comfortable- the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy- and everything worked. We were quite happy with both the accommodations and the location! The one thing that was different, which I have not seen previously, was that you had to pay separately for all electricity used. This could get pretty pricy if you had to use the ac. Also some of the screens needed repair. All in all it was an excellent 2 weeks and we would stay here again."

"I spent a week at this beautiful villa with my husband and two children (ages 4 and 7) and we absolutely loved it! The property managers set up a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and also to the grocery store before heading to the house. "This unit is definitly one of the nicest, if not the best, location at Infinity Bay. 2nd Floor overlooking the ocean through the Palm trees. The oversized patio is amazing. My wife did not want to leave the patio (except for a quick dip in the pool) and that's only 50 steps away. High end finishes throughout the condo. "We had a great week in Roatán. This was a really nice rental. Literally right on the beach/ocean. Close walk to restaurants. The owner was a great help over the phone before we got there. She helped with suggestions and arranging drivers for us when we needed them to tour the island and get to the rental from the airport. Probably sleeps 8 more comfortably than 9. But there were 9 of us and we knew the arrangements before we got there so no problem. Would definitely stay here again if I returned...

But it has a security guard 24/7 and the beach is at a walking distance of a mile away.
