Property was so shabby and it is not as per photos

Room was stinking and Hotel.com shows neyara Almalaz 5 but google map does not show such property and had to search one hour for this property. finally property name was Al Muhaidb residence. why this name is showing as Neyara Almalaz5? it was so frustrating searching

أسوء أقامة شاهدتها .

قدمت للفندق ولم يجد الموظف اسمي لديه ولا يعرف تطبيق هوتلز وبعد حوار طال لمدة ساعتين وتحويلي لفندق آخر لهم ورجوعي له مرة أخرى وبعد الاتصال على هوتلز أدخلني الفندق واعطاني آخر غرفه لديه في الدور الارضي وتكييفها سيئ للغاية ( توجيه التكييف على السرير مباشرة ) . الافطار سيئ للغاية لم أجده بأسوء الفنادق عالمياً ولا افطار مدارس . الفندق أصنفه بلا نجوم .

الشباك معطل ومفتوح دائما ولا استطيع اغلاقه بسهوله لان القفل مخرب ريموت التلفزيون لا يعمل سماع اصوات الغرف المجاورة الخروج بالسيارة من المواقف إلى الشارع صعب نوعا ما لا يوجد مطاعم قريبة حجز مدفوع مسبقا أدى لعدم تعرف الاستقبال على حجزي والانتظار لمدة نصف ساعة لحل المشكلة النظافة مقبولة التكييف ممتاز الاضاءة جيدة السرير مريح
