Great concept hotel to long stay.
I convinced this hotel has the best facility for relatively long stay in Riyadh. They have kitchen, wash machine, gym running 24hours, around 20m exterior swimming pool. The location is very convenient place. Room window is big enough to provide sun light into the room. Breakfast is not gorgeous but enough for daily meal. However I little bit disappointed about Commissioning of construction work. It seems to be not enoughly done. Because water for bath is contain dust , yellowish, 2 electric plag does not work, door and bed relay room light switch does not work properly.Roomacoustic has some week point. I hope this condition will be rectified. Even these negative experiences I will stay again in next time because of huge advantage of useful facility and design.

The worst that can happen is when you wake up in the morning and you don't have hot water. This is the most basic need and if the hotel is unable to provide this then to be it's a failure. After I complained an engineer came to the room and saw the issue and after I returned to my room later the problem was still there.

Excellent welcome at reception, spacious rooms, high quality amenities. The breakfast was a BIG disappointment. It is priced as higher-end 5* hotels, but with limited choice of items, questionable freshness of food and slowness in serving even coffee and tea. Not to be repeated!

Good Property… didn’t have non-smoking rooms finally agreed to take smoking room took about 30 mts to check in at 17:30 hrs … they did offer free breakfast for inconvenience

숙소는 아주 깨끗하고 넓은 침대 및 거실, 3개의 화장실로 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었음. 하지만 부족한 수건에 대한 보충 요청은 무시되었고, 21세기에 남녀가 구분된 수영장이라니... 가족들이 함께 즐기기에는 부족했음.

Worst hotel experience
The room was not as the pictures, small windows not panoramic, furniture was less than expected, the bed was not comfortable, there were no heater in the AC system, hotel was having noisy construction that they didn't mentiones and even after several companies they didn't do any thing nighter offered compensation.

Amazing lovely apartment , very big, amenities are fully. Missing some cleaning stuff like kitchen tissues, small spoons were not available.. bathroom was not so clean. But the apartment over all is very nice. Bedsheets are clean and comfy. Check in was easy and we got underground parking l. Very good for long stay 👍

A good place to stay
Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Clean rooms and well-maintained furniture. Close to supermarket. Parking lots available in and around the hotel. They should consider more air purifiers for smoking floors. Yes, I would stay here again.

They’re very unprofessional and the staff were very rude. You can’t have guests in the room no matter what. The only way you can have guests is to have them in lobby. I brought a guests to my room and the hotel staff came to my room and asked them to leave or stay at the lobby. I really don’t recommend this hotel at all.
