While near the main homestead the set up and positioning made it private with its own parking area and entranceway. A short walk was a paved track which went down to the beach. The outside garden view seating is very peaceful; shared kitchen has everything one could need and is a nice social space. The muffin for breakfast might be the best I have ever tasted and farm fresh eggs are a major bonus.
