"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. "We had a lovely stay, it was so peaceful at the accommodation but within driving distance of so many amazing towns. We did an amazing drive to Orvietto through the countryside and passed an amazing lake. We also enjoyed Marmore waterfalls and Lake Piediluco, a stunning village with boats and even a beach with deckchairs. Communication with the hosts was all on what’s app which made life very easy."

"We were on a family holiday with two families and grandparents. The accommodation was perfect as we were all able to have our own space with ample communal space as well. The pool was perfect and there are many choices of areas to sit and relax. The hosts could not have been accommodating and welcoming. Easy access to a variety of local supermarkets meant catering was easy. We will definitely be coming back!"

"During a difficult time of travel, the owner of the property made our stay stress free and easy. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful in our planning for our visit next year. They gave us space but made us feel like part of the family business all at once. Exceptionally thankful for them and the experience they created for us.
