We had a lovely stay at the vineyard in this beautifully renovated historic home. The chef's kitchen is wonderfully appointed, which we used extensively to enjoy all the delicacies the North Fork has to offer (the Jamesport Vineyard wines are very good too, which conveniently adds to the experience). Bed linens and towels are excellent. It's especially nice that the two upstairs bedrooms are identical in space and appointments -- two couples would be very happy here. The home is comfortable and reasonably private despite being on the grounds of the vineyard. Our only critiques are that it is quite close to the road, which is busy, so we didn't ever feel the quiet respite of the North Fork. It was not a big problem for us, but something you should be aware of when renting. It also would be very helpful to have a washer/dryer on-site.
The outdoor space was perfect for us to enjoy a grilled dinner or wine and let the kids run around.
The property management company was not particularly helpful in planning our trip, but you deal directly with the owner once you check in and they are great.
