I loved staying at the Patterson. Lovely room/house with the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The entire staff was amazing and so friendly. Walkable area with restaurant and things to do.

If we were staying in a VIP Access Hotel, we didn’t know it or receive any benefits. I would have thought for the price we paid we would have had at least some VIP benefit!
The bed was too soft and the pillows were way to hard which lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep.
