The breakfast was pretty good and was included in our room rate, but the scrambled eggs were powdered eggs (they were terrible) and if you want fresh cracked eggs you paid 8-12 euros. We stayed in the presidential suite. It was very nice and large room and had a nice view of the Duomo. The outdoor balcony was very large too. Unfortunately, the lobby chairs and sofas need to be updated. They smelled bad and had stains on them. Otherwise, you are about a 10 minute walk from the galleria shopping area. Nice hotel and once they update the lobby furniture, it will be much better.

Great hotel with lovely spacious rooms and big bathrooms. Great location to good restaurants and bars

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Hotel is a very short walk from the Central station. It was quiet. AC worked well. Room was small but had everything. Bathroom nice. Breakfast buffet was ok but a bit modest.

Very convenient location to spend one night before flight. Shuttle stop to the aeroport right in front of the hotel. The railroad station 5 minutes walking
