The location is good just a few minutes walk to the tram or bus station. My room is 404 which has a sea view. But there is a drain smell once you open the room door, and the stink becomes stronger when you open the toilet door, the terrible smell comes from all the drains such as the kitchen sink, the shower tub, the toilet bowl, and the toilet sink. Keep the toilet door closed does help, but imagine when you are using the toilet you are breathing in the great stink!

Beautiful view from the room! The room and bathroom were very clean with a shower that got nice and hot. Every staff member we interacted with were super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast too!

The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay.

Façade pieces, large pieces of the balcony falling off and on the patio. Weird barricades to block it. None of this was mentioned before the booking. Birds getting trapped in netting that surrounds of a balcony because it’s dilapidated. Weeds Growing out of the balcony. Hotel Refused to give me a partial refund. I had to help birds on many occasions get out of the nets surrounding the balcony. Stressful.
