Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Snow Chill qui est idéalement placé dans Risoul. Literie confortable, personnel sympathique, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et le sauna est très appréciable après une journée de ski.

Merveilleux séjour au pied des pistes

Nous voulions être les pieds sur les pistes et les pieds sous la table et cet hôtel a été à la hauteur de nos attentes . Des conseils , les forfaits pris en direct à l’hôtel ,petit déjeuner et dîner délicieux . Très confortable et très chaleureux.

Recommandé pour sa localisation géographique

Hôtel très bien situé, à 50 mètres des pistes. Personnel très accueillant. Rapport qualité/prix à revoir. Je suis assez déçue des prestations en chambre et dans l’hôtel pour un 4 étoiles (chambre Deluxe 350€ environ) : 1 sachet de thé pour 2, il n’y avait l’ensemble des accessoires disponibles en salle de bain, vue du premier étage sur un route + panneau lumineux, insonorisation a revoir, couloirs qui nécessiteraient d’être rafraîchis. Enfin, il était mis à disposition un spa qui n’est qu’un petit sauna, sans thé ou café proposé à la sortie. Et le sol de ce sauna était un peu sale. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner buffet n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. L’hôtel n’offre pas un stationnement : il est nécessaire de se garer en parking payant qu’il faut ajouter au coût de la chambre (15€ par jour). Dans l’ensemble , nous recommandons cet hôtel pour la localisation géographique et son personnel disponible accueillant, mais pas à ce prix là.

Très déçus, pas à la hauteur

Nous avons séjourné une nuit en aout 2021 dans l'hôtel et avons été très déçu; pour un quatre étoiles d'autant plus. Pas insonorisé, nous entendions les basses et la musique du bar d'en bas, ainsi que les voix dans la rue. Nous entendions aussi les bruits des escaliers, du couloir et de l'ascenseur. La couette d'hiver très chaude n'est pas adaptée, les oreillers sont très gros et durs donc inconfortables. Enfin nous devions avoir une chambre classique, décrite comme ayant un lit double (et un petit lit) or nous avons eu des lits jumeaux dont les draps housses étaient indépendants.

Personnel super agréable et hôtel très chill.petit déjeuner super. Bemol pour moi c'est le fait que les rideaux ne couvrent pas suffisement les fenêtres et on ne se retrouve pas complètement dans le noir pour dormir.

la chambre classique ne correspond pas a l image du site (pas de baignoire...)..chambre ..salle de bain et WC sont de petite taille ...mobilier et équipement salle de bain moderne mais peu pratique a l usage...le lit est grand mais composé de deux matelas de 80/90 pas super confort ..4 oreillers mais tous très ferme ..pas de frigo...petit déjeuner très correct .(choix/qualité..). au final cela reste chére pour une petite chambre meme si l hotel est au centre de la station..

hotel moderne avec une belle décoration des chambres, mais un peu bruyant, mauvaise isolation phonique.Si vous réservé sur un autre site que celui de l'hotel vous aurez de grande chance d'avoir la chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduites. Inondation à chaque douche, rien pour poser les affaires de toilette, aucun éclairage sur le miroir... Pour un 4*, l'ambiance au restaurant est plutôt "glaciale", la décoration, les tables ne sont pas en accord avec le reste de l'hotel.

Accueil assez froid lors de la première arrivée ce qui est dommage dans un tel endroit. L’hotel est en soit sympathique mais pour le prix d’un 4* on en attend plus ...
