The open-plan area features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with a television and sofa bed, creating the perfect setting to feel right at home. The condo offers a private bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds tucked into a charming, snug ‘mountain nook’, ideal for children or extra guests. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet ensures everyone has ample space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure
After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the resort’s heated indoor swimming pool, shared with other guests, or relax in the sauna for free. The resort also offers a variety of family-friendly activities, all easily accessible.

Located at 1,850 meters of altitude, Risoul boasts some of the best conditions in the Southern Alps, with over 300 days of sunshine and 185 kilometers of ski slopes. Free street parking is available nearby, and a public paid parking area is located a few hundred meters away.
The sauna is available free of charge. To access it, a code is required, simply send us a message when you’d like to use it, and we’ll be happy to provide the code.
During the winter season, the pool is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is shared with other guests
For those traveling with young children, a baby high chair and cot are available on request.
Please note that this apartment does not have any windows in the bedrooms.
Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property.
Guests also have the option to rent towels and bed linen by notifying us at least one week in advance:
Towel kit, which includes one bath towel and one hand towel, is available for seven euros
Single sheet kit, which includes one single sheet, one duvet cover, and one pillowcase, is available for fifteen euros
