The room was clean. The whole place could use some updates, for example the carpeting could have been cleaned or replaced. Curtains had cuts in them and the comforter had a burn hole but we were in a non-smoking room.

I have absolutely no criticism other than a slightly musty smell on entry, but it may have been closed up for awhile before our visit. The unit was clean, however it was very worn. For example, the inside doors were all damaged at the bottom, the paneling needs to be painted, the flooring linoleum in the bathroom is cracked and soft where you walk.
