「pool was not open, it was dirty」

「Here’s a polished and professional version that keeps the complaint strong: The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms. When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern? This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours. To make matters worse, I was told by a staff...

「Clean room , location」

「Decent stay」

「Staff was helpful, washroom was not clean. Breakfast and food options are great.」

「The staff was extremely rude whatever they have promised I was not able to get those amenities, also for even asking for water bottles you have to go downstairs from third floor without any lift, the curtains on the window were so small that I could see The Neighbours from other building and they can also see me which was very uncomfortable, the only thing which was good was the washroom clean and tidy Rest Not a good experience overall」
