On arrival, the booking system went down resulting in a 1 hour wait in the foyer, to be allocated a room. The shower gel had not been replenished between guests, leaving an empty container and no shower gel for use. Disappointing stay overall, I would not recommend or stay again.

This hotel is extremely tired and dated and in dire need of a refurb. Furniture is worn and shabby in all 3 bedroom we had booked. Woodwork chipped and shabby.
