"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

"The hotel is very nice and clean in a beautiful property. The receiving staff lacked knowledge about not charging taxes to those of us that are just visiting from abroad. The front desk person required to see the physical seal with the date of entrance. Since my husband is Colombian by birth, he used the biometric entrance. "It showed that we had free breakfast but we got there and there was no free breakfast the owner came up with some lame excuse so we were out of the pocket for breakfast every morning but yet online it shows that it comes with free breakfast it was included but some way he weasel the way to get us to pay for it"
