"A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly."

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a side seaview and two small balconies. The apartments are minutes from a lovely beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a small grocery store around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed but no kettle ( we used a pan) or tea towels or dishcloth. The apartments have a carpark a short walk away for €6 per day but we managed to park on the nearby streets for free during our stay. We had no problems with night time noise and slept...

"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. "Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7). The check in/out was very uncomplicated and fast"

"We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

The rooms were more like a 2 star hotel (our double bed was two twin mattresses shoved together, flooring throughout is same tile as in the shower).
