- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).
- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in the event of cancellation of the stay = In addition to objectively documentable and unpredictable health or work reasons at the time of booking, you can cancel and be reimbursed in case of reasons related to: Covid-19 infections, epidemics and pandemics that directly affect you, your travel companion or family member; terrorist attack that hit the place of stay.
- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Villa Zaca, set in a splendid hilly position, is immersed in a centuries-old wood of cork oaks, a tree that, together with the fragrant Mediterranean scrub, covers the island of Elba, the pearl of the Tuscan archipelago. The villa, which has been recently restored with meticulous care by the owners, tastefully combines traditional Tuscan materials, such as cypress wood ceiling beams, Impruneta terracotta and Montelupo ceramics. These elements, combined with exclusive furnishings, make this property unique for your seaside holiday with, just 2 km away, the beautiful beach of Ortano, renowned for its tranquillity and the turquoise water unique to this island. The villa has just one floor to guarantee maximum comfort, overlooking the large furnished outdoor terraces. An external staircase leads up to the roof terrace on the first floor with a fully-equipped solarium with a view of the sea where you can enjoy unique sunsets while sipping a good glass of Tuscan wine. The property is ideal as a starting point for excursions to the famous beaches of Elba or into the hinterland to discover little borghi. At Rio Marina it is possible to embark on small tourist boats to see the beauties of the island from the sea.
Interior:
The main door leads to an open-plan area with living room, dining area and kitchenette. From here, one door leads to two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom whit a shared bathroom, while on the opposite side of the room, another door leads to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a luxuriant wood of cork oaks, alternating with large areas of Mediterranean scrub emanating unique scents. Around the perimeter of the property are evergreen grassy areas designed to grow in maritime areas, beds of fragrant multicoloured flowers and aromatic herbs with intoxicating aromas, useful for preparing the dishes of typical Tuscan cuisine. The peculiarity of the tiered garden is that it allows those staying here to discover diverse unique corners every day where they can cool out and relax.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
Set just a few metres to the side of the house, and reached across the lawn, the rectangular pool measures 1.80 x 3.40 m with a constant depth of 0.70 m. above ground. Lined in sand-coloured PVC, it is equipped with a Jacuzzi corner, internal lighting, heating and waterproof seats on one side.. Next to the pool is a paved solarium with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: Yes. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site: small and medium size. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
