The room was nice and the owner was really great. Our issue was that a DJ played in the area outside the apartment until midnight and none of us could sleep. We were only at the beach for one night and it was really awful being so exhausted the next day. We ended up leaving early. The owner apologized and assured us that nothing like that has happened there before and she really felt terrible about it.

The room was nice and clean. This was a private individuals unit. I had paid in advanced and then was told I could pay when I checked in with the host. SO a little strange. Also the unit I rented said there was a kitchen. upon arrival I was told we had a kitchenette but a unit was available with a kitchen for more money. Again this was a owners unit. The "large Swimming pool" is only available in small very shallow areas. it was all a little odd.

Dated and not what I'd call clean

We arrived at the property and were disappointed in the room in that it was very dated. It didn't appear to have gotten a good cleaning after the last stay of guests, or any stay for that matter. We checked the bedsheets and found hair strands, and stains on the sheets from previous guests. It was obvious to us that the cleaning people had not changed the bedsheets for us. We immediately called the host and she changed the sheets, but wasn't happy to do so. The door also had to slammed shut because it didn't close freely. I wouldn't stay here again.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly, but very few spoke more than a few words of English. The food and amenities were excellent! Would have liked consistent hot water in the hotel - it was nice some days, but more often it was lukewarm at best, even after running for 5 minutes. ?

Pelas fotos e descrição, parecia ter cozinha completa, com pia. Qdo chegamos la, era.outra unidade, que só tinha a pia do banheiro para lavar pratos, talheres e todos os utensilios de cozinha. Valor não vale o que oferece. Qdo reservamos, tínhamos ideia de reservar mais dias. Ao irmos embora, a proprietária nos levou para o apto do lado, para conhecer, o que tinha a cozinha completa. Como falamos pra ela que talvez ficaríamos mais dias, acho que estranhou a desistência. Me senti enganada pela foto/descrição/oferta. A proprietária tem dificuldade para se comunicar em espanhol.

Es un lugar agradable y tranquilo. Playa y varias piscinas. Restaurantes dentro de la propiedad y en el poblado de Rio Hato pero solo con accesible en auto.

Falta de Limpieza y Servicio

El Edificio se encuentra bastante deteriorado en sus instalaciones, La Sra Irina nos entrego el Apartamento a la hora indicada 3Pm, lo vimos muy superficial y ya por la hora salimos al area de las Pisconas con los niños, cuando regresamos a la ahitacion a las 7Pm para bañarnos y cambiarnos para ir a comer, el estado de los Baños con MOHO EN EL PISO, el vama manos con cabellos y sucio de lado cosa que ya se nos arruino el dia. Procedi a sacar las fotos para enviar a la encargada Sra Irina para informar sobre lo ocurrido y me respondieron que eso no le constaba ya que habian transcurrido 5 horas y por eso no se hicieron responsables. Y procedi a escribir por Hotels al propietario y me indicaron lo mismo, pero que yo me habia negado a que limpeza. Nunca me negue, lo que les dije es que eran ya las 7 de la noche y tenia que salir a cenar con mi familia. Pero eso nunca me lo ofrecieron. De verdad aqui no hay a quien reclamar ya que esta propiedad no es con el Hotel Playa Blanaca es una persona natural que te alquila esta habitacion. Muy mal servicio y estado de la habitacion para el precio tan elevado. Gracias a dios fue una sola noche. Al dia siguiente les escribi para entregarle el apartamento antes de las 12pm y para reclamar a la persona cara a cara y nunca llego, me indicaron que dejase las llaves en una caja de seguridad. No dan la cara.

Room on first floor with balcony facing parking lot and neighbors AC. Was filthy dirty. Toilet and sink had not been cleaned. I doubt linnens were clean and am sure NO COVID precautions taken. Its like a jail cell with a TV.
