Los guardias de seguridad no podían hacer nada y la persona encargada del edificio nunca apareció lo cual gasté un día de mis vacaciones. 「Honestly, everything in this place was just the bare minimum. One bed didn’t have a flat sheet on it, just fitted sheet and blankets. There were three washcloths for 5 people. Poor quality linens and no extra at all. One hand towel. The keys required to go in and out was annoying. The shower curtain tension rod fell on my daughter’s head and my husband spent 15 minutes fixing it and then we had to barely touch it the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t stay here again. 」

「My family and children had to go through being woken up by the owner's relative from the first floor unit banging on our door at 11:30 at night after a day of drinking telling us to move our car. This relative was a female with 2 small children. She said "she owned the place and that we could park wherever we want at a hotel." She argued with my wife.
