In the area, you'll find the best restaurants, markets and stores for all your needs, all just a few steps away. What's more, it's just 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which makes it easy to get to other Rio de Janeiro attractions.



The space also offers amenities that go beyond the expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart grocery store, guaranteeing quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium. For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume luggage locker and a cloakroom with shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour concierge. Everything has been thought out to provide you with a stay of maximum comfort, practicality and convenience.

It is important to note that due to the position of the building it is not possible to see the Copacabana fireworks. However, we do have a rooftop where you can experience this incredible moment!

For everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices:



No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).



The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may occur, during which access to the venue will be temporarily unavailable.



To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign a form agreeing to the rules on site.



It is not allowed to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs.



The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one on Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other on Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.



The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list cannot enter the building.



Important: After submitting the list, you cannot unsubscribe a guest and then resubscribe another. This means you cannot exchange or replace guests during their stay.



The space is exclusively for registered guests and no other people are allowed in.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste and dispose of it in different bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits.



We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately. Please take care with products that may be damaged, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.



All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
