「Clean room good breakfast 」

「Clean room underwhelming breakfast wouldnhave been nice to have some sort of protein 」

「Never use the air conditioning, but everything else seemed to be in working order. Walls seemed to be a little thin as someone had their TV blaring or something at 3 o’clock in the morning so that was annoying.」

「Hotel was a place to sleep. Bed was ok, not greatest. Pool was freezing cold. We traveled with kids so the extremely cold pool was a huge dissapointment. Hot tub was luke warm. Both pool and hot tub look rough. Staff did not make eye contact/ hardly spoke during check in. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Bathroom tub looked dirty, our sink had draining issues, and random "dining style" chair in room seamed dated. 」

「Not only the first time traveling to Iowa, but the first time staying with Grand Stay. I have to say that compared to Hilton Hotels we stay in when we travel, Grand Stay easily rivaled Hilton in all aspects. We had a King Suite with a tub, which my wife thoroughly enjoyed.
