Custom Built Vacation Home with lots of outdoor areas to enjoy family and friends who want their own oasis and easy walks to town, beach, and restaurants and water sports. The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, covered balconies, and gazebo are a favorite with our guests. The private outdoor shower in the back of the house is a must have for those wanting to go natural outdoors in private while showering... people continue to say they just love that experience.
Located within walking distance of beaches, bars, restaurants, a dive shop, paddle boarding and sunset/snorkeling cruises, you are sure to find something for everyone in this centrally located private villa home. A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store that is well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation and if you head towards Sandy Beach from the house you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Lighthouse.

-Upper Floor: (Sleeps 2 to 4) Large master bedroom with balcony, master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet, additional full bath, large dining area & living room, and French Doors that lead to a covered balcony with seating. There is a futon in the living room which could accommodate 2 children.
-Lower Floor: (Sleeps 7 in beds) 2 Large size bedrooms. One has a queen bed, full bath with shower, sitting room with full-size futon, kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink) table and outdoor covered balcony area. The 3rd bedroom is adjacent and has 2 full-size beds and a single bed. There is also access to the on-site laundry room either from the 3rd bedroom or the back of the house.

Home is in excellent condition and has public water, power as well as a backup generator and water tank in the unlikely event it's temporarily needed during your stay.

We had a wonderful week-long vacation at Casa Ensenada. The home had a lot of cooking equipment, which was great because we cooked most nights. The location is walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the plaza area. Great restaurants in downtown Rincon too. Definitely want to book this place again!

This property was a great location, which is close to the city center and also has a surprising view of the ocean from the balconies. And, the pool was a great treat for the kids to relax and kill some time in between all of the great activities that Puerto Rico has to offer!

It was Great!!! We did all the touristy things like snorkeling, deep sea fishing, bioluminescent bay, and the beach! We will definitely be back! The pool at the house was such a treat! We enjoyed every minute!

Our second time in this house in just 6 months! We loved it just as much and are very satisfied with our stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you could need. The pool is gorgeous, and after a long day of surfing, my kids love to swim in the pool. We will be back again in the Spring!

Honestly this house was perfect. It is close to everything in town, beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. the owner's instructions were clear & concise so I didn't have to bother them for anything. The A/C runs cold, pool is beautiful, there's like... 3 refrigerators, even 2 outdoor showers. My only complaint is that I wish we stayed longer than just a week! Seriously so much to do in the area. If you're coming to Rincon make sure to stay over a Thursday night to attend the Art Walk in town, it was a great opportunity to find some beautiful souvenirs. We loved our stay here.

5 friends and I stayed at johns property for 1 week. John was very gracious during our planning process and even changed dates for us not one, but two times! Casa Ensenada is absolutely a dream come true. We went to Gozalandia waterfalls, snorkeled on Steps Beach, found Domes beach, went to crash boat beach, explored all around Rincon, and drove through old San Juan due to delayed flight. Rincon is an absolute gem of a town and the locals are extremely friendly! The food is amazing, and pina coladas are out of this world. We hope to come back one day soon! Thank you so much John!

My husband, daughter, and her 3 friends had a fantastic trip to Rincon. The house was like our own tropical paradise. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the sunrises on the balcony every morning cannot be beat. The downstairs area was perfect for our girls. They had everything they needed. My husband and I had the upstair level to ourselves. We were in walking distance to restaurants and beach. It could not have been more perfect. The house was clean and well kept. We loved our visit and highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing vacation- the house was perfect. There were 2 families in our party (four adults and four children) and each family took one floor. Our hardest decision was where whould we eat: your patio or ours. Having a pool with children is a HUGE plus. They must have spent hours in there every day. We loved cruising around to the different beaches in the area, coming home and cooking up some dinner. We had everything we needed. We loved having access to the internet and the ipod ready stereo. Nice touches!

Our family had a blast while on this property. Everything was well explained, check in and check out instructions very easy. The location is perfect and close to restaurants and the beach!! The house is well equiped and the owners' attention to details is above expectations. They had beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, big plus!! John was very responsive. I can continue writing how spectacular our stay was but I will leave it at this... you will not regret a stay at this property. We are already looking at dates to come back!! They also have a property that sleeps more people next door!! Thank you John!

Truly enjoyed our stay at your lovely Casa Ensenada! LocatIon was ideal, only couple blocks to beaches and 4 blocks to plaza. Comfortable for 4-6 adults and 2 children. High hair and pack n play were new and in perfect shape. Loved covered patios. Pool was ideal! Lounge chairs in great shape. Landscaping was lush and neat. Quiet and secure feeling neighborhood. Our only disappoinment was that some of the dishes in the cupboards were not cleaned. Shipwreck Restaurant nearby was our favorite. La Copa Llena also had good food with a fabulous sunset view. Our family would highly recommend the home to others and we would love to return there again ourselves. Thank you John B. 🌅

Need to upgrade kitchen utensils. Also replace overall towels they are very old. Some appliance don't work TV in family room do not work. All the pool chairs are broken net to replace new one Over all is over price for the condition of the house

Other than a couple of issues…ac not working properly and not being able to get into the establishment at first. Plus downstairs cable not working for the first two days as well. And the toddler’s chair was nasty but should be great now after a little elbow grease from yours truly. Other than that it was a really nice and peaceful experience. The location is truly close to just about everything (beaches and restaurants). You will need to travel a bit for groceries if you plan on cooking so stop at a store before getting to your destination to save yourself a trip. And double and triple check the drawers before leaving so you don’t leave anything behind like I did! I guess I was in too much of a hurry and assumed I checked everything before leaving. Now my loss and someone else’s gain.☹️
